"Active” agency membership dues are determined based on the number of licensed staff in your agency using the following formula:

1 or 2 Licensed Staff $295 - Maximum number of contacts = 2
3 or 4 Licensed Staff $395 - Maximum number of contacts = 4
5 or more Licensed Staff $495 - Maximum number of contacts = 5*
* please add $50 per person for each contact over 5.

First Time PIA of Tennessee member: $295 for first-year dues.

"Associate" membership is available for insurance company personnel and insurance industry related personnel using the following formula:

$300 for the first member from a firm
$50 for each additional member from a firm
